BRIDGE.AI is a LoRaWAN, NB-IoT -enabled structural monitoring sensor designed for measurement of displacement, vibration and temperature in bridges, buildings, parking structures and industrial assets. The device combines a 3-axis accelerometer with an external displacement probe and performs onboard processing of vibration data independently for the X, Y and Z axes. The calculated parameters include dominant vibration frequencies, peak amplitudes, crest factor and vibration energy indicators. Configurable measurement and transmission thresholds allow the sensor to be adapted remotely to different structural and operating conditions. The device is powered by D-cell lithium batteries and is designed for long-term autonomous monitoring in indoor and outdoor environments.
